Robert Ritchie

President & CEO

Bob Ritchie has over 25 years experience in building and transforming businesses ranging from $20 to $600 million in size within the property and casualty insurance industry. His career has ranged from specialty niche insurers, such as American Modern, to national carriers, including AIG and CNA, and also conglomerates, GE Insurance Solutions, and he brings this experience to benefit American Integrity and its policyholders.

Bob is an industry veteran who understands the needs of both our customers, the agent and policyholder. His specialties are broad but have a strong analytical and structural base in sales and marketing. As founder of American Integrity he is committed to the success and growth of the company along with the stability of the Florida insurance marketplace.

Jon Ritchie

Executive Vice President & Senior Operations Officer

Jon is the Executive Vice President & Senior Operations Officer of American Integrity Insurance Company. As an integral member of the  executive leadership team, Jon is responsible for managing the Company’s profitability and day-to-day operations management, and has overall accountability for top and bottom line performance, execution and business results.

Jon joined the company in 2009 as a marketing analyst, and quickly took on new roles of increasing responsibility. He has worked in almost every department in the Company, giving him a broad and deep knowledge of each business unit. He draws on this experience to develop and execute the Company’s business plan, product launches and growth goals.

Jon holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Indiana University with concentrations in both Finance and Entrepreneurship. 

Cory Brown

Chief Financial Officer

Cory leads our accounting team and is an integral part of our executive leadership team. He brings nearly two decades of expertise to American Integrity. Most recently, he served as CFO of MedMal Direct Insurance Company, a medical malpractice insurance carrier for physician practices. Cory's experience also includes his role as CFO at Total Captive Solutions. Additionally, Cory held positions with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance in Georgia, where he worked closely with CEOs and CFOs of some of the largest insurance and asset management companies. 

Cory earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and his MBA and MS degrees from Georgia State University.

Angie Quinn

Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Angie Quinn brings nearly 20 years of operational and leadership experience in a variety of corporate roles related to human resources, quality, training, planning, and performance management.  Angie previously held roles of increasing responsibility with SITEL Corporation, including director of human resources and just prior to joining American Integrity served Citizens Property Insurance Corporation for five years.  

Angie’s leadership accomplishments have been focused on executing strategy to promote organizational excellence; increasing employee engagement and serving on key projects within each of her organizations.

Angie has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Peru State College, Nebraska; and is an active member of several professional organizations, including Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Additionally, Angie is a recent graduate of an executive leadership program sponsored by the University of North Florida. 

Gloria Hendrickson

Senior Vice President of Risk Management

Gloria has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She began her career as a catastrophe modeler at Munich Re, where she was a leader in their catastrophe risk management department for ten years.

She also was responsible for both insurance and reinsurance pricing and accumulation as Assistant Director of Catastrophe Risk & Accumulation at XL Catlin Insurance Company in Atlanta, GA. In her most recent role as Vice President and Catastrophe Modeling Manager for the Specialty Property Unit of Hallmark Financial in Atlanta, Gloria managed a department that created best practices, processes and procedures for catastrophe modeling and risk accumulation. Her team supported the needs of Hallmark Financials’ underwriting, actuarial, claims, and finance departments.

Gloria will use her previous experience to help American Integrity achieve even greater financial success while carefully and prudently growing the business.


Don Crouch

Vice President of Special Projects

Don brings an extensive leadership background in Claims Management, Process Improvement and Innovation to the American Integrity team. In his role, he leads the company’s special projects, focusing on organizational strategy and process enhancement.

Prior to joining American Integrity, Don served as Head of Property and Auto Claims Innovation with Liberty Mutual Insurance, designing and implementing strategies geared towards providing better customer service to insureds.  In his previous role as their Director of Property Process and Productivity, he oversaw the design and implementation of claims processing standards, operational performance and change management following the acquisition of Safeco. He also served as Director of Home Office Claims and Claims Team Manager for Liberty Mutual, and as a Claims Adjuster for Travelers Insurance.  

Don holds an MBA, a Master of Science in Contracts and Procurement Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.

Anne Kevlin

Vice President of Litigation

Anne Kevlin brings to American Integrity more than 20 years of insurance litigation and regulatory experience, attained through private law practice as well as in-house roles with insurance entities.  Anne began her law career in Florida, defending workers' compensation insurance matters. She later held in-house litigation roles in Minneapolis with SFM and The Hartford, followed by litigation management and regulatory compliance roles with The Hartford and First State Management Group in Boston.

Anne joined American Integrity from Beazley, a global Lloyd's managing agent, where she managed property claims litigation throughout the United States. Anne's tenure at Beazley included a three-month assignment in London, where she completed her CII Award in London Market certificate.

Anne received her law degree from the University of Iowa, and her master's degree in management from Harvard University Extension School. She is active in professional insurance and legal organizations including CLM and DRI, and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry and legal seminars.


Patrick Madigan

Vice President of Underwriting and Client Services

Patrick Madigan has 20 years of experience in underwriting, product, pricing, strategy development, and process efficiency in the insurance industry.  He began his career at CNA Insurance and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility at Nationwide and Kemper Insurance companies before applying his leadership skills in the vendor space, working for a business process outsource organization that provides IT services to the industry. Before joining American Integrity, Patrick established underwriting strategy for a newly formed regional company writing business in the Southeastern United States. 

Patrick’s strength is building highly effective teams that function efficiently and have fun doing it.  He has an established track record of identifying and removing roadblocks to improve individual, team and process performance. Patrick is recognized in the industry and is frequently invited to speak at industry events about operational efficiency in underwriting, implementing new systems and managing significant change in an organization. 

Patrick earned a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Penn State University, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Victor Mandes

Vice President of Information Technology

Victor Mandes brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and has a diverse background in systems architecture, IT infrastructure and cyber security. Prior to joining American Integrity in 2016, Victor held senior leadership roles with Universal Insurance Group and most recently with FCCI Insurance where he led  IT Infrastructure and Operations and IT Application Services during his tenure.  A Puerto Rico native, Victor earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Inter-american University and MBA from the University of the Sacred Heart.

 In his role as IT vice president, Victor leads the company’s strategy for driving business impact through the use of technology.  His vision is to promote an IT culture of information availability, service and engagement through market-leading technology solutions that continually improve the user experience. 

Justin Waters

Vice President of Sales

As leader of American Integrity’s field sales, internal sales and agency management teams, Justin Waters is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overarching sales strategy. Justin brings years of experience and a proven record of building profitable and extremely strong relationships with preferred agents to this role. He is one of the company’s longest tenured employees, having started with American Integrity as an Accountant in 2008, one year after the company’s inception.

Justin holds the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, a distinction earned by fewer than two percent of all P&C insurance professionals. He earned his B.S. degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.

Steve Kolk

Assistant Vice President of Pricing

Steve Kolk has more than 40 years of insurance industry experience, and has worked in all lines of property and casualty insurance. His career started with a part-time position at Foremost Insurance where he was responsible for mapping the path of Hurricane Eloise across Florida’s Panhandle, and since then, he has worked for insurance carriers ranging from $125 million to over $1 billion in size.

Steve leads a team that is responsible for developing a pricing strategy that ensures each customer receives the most accurate rate based on his or her specific circumstances. He has specialized in ratemaking, pricing and modeling work in his previous roles at property and casualty insurance companies. In recent years, Steve has become a specialist in property risk analysis and most recently worked as chief actuary and senior modeler for CoreLogic, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled services provider.

Steve earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics, with honors, from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has been an officer of a Casualty Actuarial Society regional chapter and member of the Casualty Actuaries of the Northwest. Steve is also a sought-after speaker and published author. 

Toni Logan

Assistant Vice President of Marketing

Toni has more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience, most of which she acquired while working for property and casualty insurance companies. She has worked in corporate communications for USAA and Allstate Insurance companies, and most recently as corporate communications manager at Security First Insurance Company.

Toni is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategies - branding, advertising, lead generation, sales team support, competitive analysis, content creation, public relations, marketing communications and stakeholder relations. In her role, she and her team are charged with helping to analyze and constantly improve the user experience, ensuring each touch point is personalized, consistent and professional, and developing and maintaining the company’s digital properties.

Toni, who grew up in Tampa, is a graduate of the University of South Florida and the University of Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mass Communication, respectively. 

Danny Pringle

Assistant Vice President of Product Development

Danny Pringle has over 20 years of experience in overall product management, including leading new product initiatives and competitive rate development strategies, in personal lines insurance. Danny began his career as an underwriter with MetLife before moving into product management with The Main Street America Group. As the National Director of Homeowners, Danny led the catastrophe management initiative and created an overall product strategy at the state level for homeowners business in the 22 states represented.

Prior to joining American Integrity, Danny served as Senior Product Manager at Mapfre Insurance Company (formerly Commerce Insurance), where he led a team responsible for competitive analysis, rate development, and implementation of strategic projects by identifying actionable segments to minimize loss potential for his assigned region. Danny successfully delivered and launched new products, and managed new state entry in the primary personal lines of business to include automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
