Do You Need a Renters Policy?
Whether you’re new to the Sunshine State or simply unpacking your boxes in a new place to call home, American Integrity Insurance is here to protect your finances and your belongings against unfortunate events like theft or fire. Our renter’s policy protects YOUR stuff – whether you have a little or a lot – and there’s a plethora of options for you to choose from, all at an affordable price!
Coverage For You and Your Budget
The Personal Property coverage on your policy protects your personal belongings, like clothes, furniture, and appliances. Select from $10,000 to $250,000.
Personal Liability coverage is for claims for bodily injury or property damage for which you are legally responsible. $100,000 comes with a basic policy, with an option to purchase $300,000.
We offer flexibility when it comes to your renter’s policy. If you move to a new, qualifying residence, you may continue on the same policy. Your rate will be adjusted accordingly based on your new location. And you can choose from several deductible options:
-
All Other Perils Deductible: $250, $500, $1,000
- Hurricane Deductible: $250, $500, $1,000
Please note that your Hurricane deductible cannot be more than your All Other Perils deductible.
