OUR POLICYHOLDERS HAVE SPOKEN!

Each year, we conduct a survey of our policyholders in order to keep our finger on the pulse of customer satisfaction. Nearly 9,000 policyholders responded to our most recent survey, and an astounding 94 percent of them said they would refer American Integrity Insurance to a friend or loved one! If you’re not satisfied with your homeowners insurance company, it may be time for you to consider switching over to the American Integrity family!

How Satisfied Are Your Homeowners Insurance Company’s Customers?

When converted to the industry standard Net Promoter® Score (NPS®) measurement system*, our NPS® result would be a 64 – placing us among the upper echelon of customer loyalty torch bearers, such as USAA, Apple and Cadillac. The average NPS® score for insurance carriers is 37, per Temkin Group, a leading customer experience research, consulting, and training firm.

happyWho Are the Policyholders Who Took our Survey?

Happy Insureds, Happy Life.

We’re not perfect. But we strive toward perfection. And we’re on a never-ending quest to provide an awesome customer experience to the policyholders to whom we are privileged to serve. We continue to enhance and improve the products and service we provide, and, as Floridians ourselves, we never forget that behind each policy is a Florida homeowner who works hard, every day, for the roof over their family’s head. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stand by them during good times, and to help them get back on the road to recovery in the event of a loss.
