American Integrity Insurance Group accepted its award as one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance at the recent awards luncheon held by Business Insurance in Chicago. Award recipients were published in the October 22, 2012 Business Insurance edition.
This year, 65 companies were recognized nationwide by Business Insurance as “an elite group of employers that have created high-quality work places that encourage employees to thrive in a work environment they can love.” Those participating were evaluated using two sets of data, an in-depth confidential employee survey and information on the employer’s benefits, policies and practices.
Awards luncheon speaker, Peter Burke, President of the Best Places Company, provided a detailed analysis of the process to select award recipients and indicated that the average company has 41% of their work force "actively engaged,” but the companies being honored had at least 93% engaged according to survey results. Business Insurance ranked American Integrity Insurance Group number 3 in the “Property Casualty Insurers – Small Employer” category.
American Integrity’s President and CEO, Robert Ritchie said, “We are thrilled to be recognized as one of the best places to work in insurance nationally. The review was conducted by Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm located in Harrisburg, PA., in partnership with Business Insurance, an insurance news publication.
